Main Ingredients:

Tremella (雪耳), Peach Gum (桃膠), Snow Lotus Seed (雪蓮子), Red Date (紅棗), Crystal Sugar (冰糖).

Directions:

Step 1: Soak all ingredients with warm water for 30 minutes.

Step 2: With all the ingredients except Red Date in a stockpot, add 500ml (17 oz) of water and heat on high until boiling.

Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour. Add Red Date and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add sugar to sweeten the taste (Included).
