- 太子參(Radix Pseudostellariae  ) 15g

- 蟲草花(Cordyceps Flower)30g

- 红枣(Red Date)15g

- 芡實(Fox Nut)25g

- 薏米(Job’s Tear)20g

- 蜜棗(Candied Dates)30g

- 百合(Lily Root Bulb)15g

- 茯苓粒(Cubed Poria)15g

Directions:

Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add chicken (not included).

Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, add 4-5 slices of ginger (not included), add 1.5 liters (6 1/3 cups) of water, and heat on high until boiling.

Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour. 

Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, and season with salt.
