- 黨參 (Codonopsis) 30g
- 黃芪 (Astrogalus) 20g
- 淮山 (Chinese Yam) 40g
- 枸杞子 (Goji Berries) 20g
- 紅棗 (Red Dates) 20g
- 當歸 (Angelica Sinensis) 15g
- 冬菇 (Shiitake Mushroom) 10g
Step 1: Soak dried mushrooms for 30 minutes before cooking. Optional: Clean, blanch and add chicken or pork(not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stock pot, add 1.5 Liter of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 3 hours, season with salt.
